rejuvenation time!

How do you know when you need to rejuvenate?  You'll know when the little things become big things, and small things become large. Examples: babe, why are there dishes in the sink? Because you put them there! These are avoidable arguments that could easily be solved with a break away from it all.

Sometimes you and your significant other have to designate time to be a lone.  No dishes,  laundry,  cooking,  or cleaning.  When you find yourself worrying or nagging your significant other about things that have no significance,  you need to be rejuvenated.  The key to any relationship is acknowledgment.  You have to first acknowledge the issue and address it.

I think when you realize this is happening,  one or both must say" babe, we need to rejuvenate!  This is not us'". At that time you can take some time away from the things that's causing stress in your relationship and focus on what's important,  the relationship!  If you continue on the stress without rejuvenating,  you could lose your relationship.  Taking a trip, riding a bike,  running,  listening to music,  or meeting at dinner could save your relationship if you acknowledge that you're at a point we're your relationship needs to be rejuvenated.
